Upon installation, our staff will provide two days of training to the people you choose.
You will identify a plant manager who will be our contact for any communications.
Through an App created by us we will always have an open communication channel:
We will remind the plant manager of the periodic checks or replacement of the filter cloths
We will communicate the periodic dispatch of the filter cloths to be replaced
In the App, the manager will find a whole series of information to solve any small problems that may arise.
Of course, through the same app, the system manager will be able to communicate with us at any time 24/7 about any problem or doubt regarding the operation.
Urban Tech Italia offers an unmatched 2-year warranty on all new equipment.
Year 1: Full on-site warranty including travel, labor and shipping costs
Year 2: Limited warranty on parts and their shipping and labor costs (excluding travel expenses)
Urban Tech Italia will also provide a set of spare parts with the equipment. These parts remain the property of Urban Tech Italia and must be properly stored. The spare parts set reduces machine downtime. These parts remain the property of Urban Tech Italia. The customer must return or purchase them at the end of the first year of the warranty.
Filter cloths must be replaced with cloths supplied by us for the entire warranty period. Therefore, we have created a subscription plan for our customers that will ship the material monthly and, thanks to a dedicated app, will remind the system manager when replacement is due. Cloths are a critical part of the system; the wrong choice can damage it, and the filter material we have chosen is the result of extensive testing and verification and is by far the best solution for concrete.
Linde Gas and the Customer will cooperate in the preparation of the Safety Documentation (Safety Plan)
Safety and Coordination) for the execution of on-site activities.
The Customer undertakes to provide Linde in good time with all Safety Documentation (PSC or
DUVRI and Emergency Plan).
Linde Gas Italia will provide all documentation and information regarding safety,
precautions to be taken, the correct methods of use of the products supplied and the risks associated with the activities
which will be carried out.
